I’ve always been fascinated by the human brain, but I wasn’t sure what that fascination meant for my life. I spent over a decade immersed in behavioral neuroscience, focusing on how the brain forms and responds to fear-based memories. With time, I learned that I wanted not just to understand these processes, but to help people understand it for themselves—to empower people to use this knowledge to make real, meaningful changes in their lives.

A Science-Informed Approach to Therapy

As a licensed therapist in Arcadia, I integrate my neuroscience research with years of clinical experience to provide personalized, evidence-informed therapy. I draw on a variety of modalities, including CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed approaches, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
