Therapy for Adults
Adults come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, work stress, burnout, grief, ADHD, family responsibilities, or a major change in your life.
Therapy can help you better understand what you are experiencing, recognize patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress.

Teen Therapy
Adolescence can bring academic pressure, friendship changes, social stress, family conflict, identity questions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and intense emotions.
Teen therapy provides a supportive space where adolescents can talk openly, better understand themselves, develop coping skills, and build greater confidence navigating challenges at school, home, and in relationships.

Child Therapy
Children do not always have the words to explain when something feels wrong.
Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, ADHD, school stress, family changes, friendship difficulties, anger, or other concerns may show up through behavior, physical complaints, withdrawal, or emotional outbursts.
Child therapy uses developmentally appropriate approaches to help children express emotions, build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and feel more confident managing everyday challenges.

Couples Therapy
Couples may seek therapy because communication has become difficult, the same arguments keep repeating, trust has been damaged, or emotional distance has grown.
Couples therapy can help partners understand recurring patterns, communicate more effectively, rebuild connection, navigate life transitions, and develop healthier ways of responding to one another.
Family Therapy
Families sometimes become stuck in patterns of conflict, misunderstanding, emotional distance, or stress.
Family therapy can help family members better understand one another, strengthen communication, navigate parenting concerns and transitions, improve boundaries, and develop healthier ways of relating.
