Stephen is a licensed, experienced therapist with a special focus on supporting people and families navigating neurodiversity, including autism, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. He works with children, teens, adults, and families who may be experiencing challenges with emotional regulation, communication, anxiety, school or work stress, behavioral concerns, and feeling understood by others.
Stephen’s approach is calm, practical, and collaborative. He helps clients better understand their strengths, needs, and patterns while building coping skills that support daily life, relationships, and emotional well-being. In his work with families, Stephen focuses on parenting support, helping parents better understand their child’s needs, respond more effectively to behavioral challenges, reduce conflict at home, and strengthen communication.
Stephen uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and skills-based strategies to help clients develop resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and build healthier patterns at home, school, work, and in relationships.
Clients often describe Stephen as down-to-earth, steady, and approachable. His supportive presence helps clients feel comfortable, understood, and less alone as they work toward meaningful progress.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys hiking, volunteering in his community, and traveling, activities that help him relax, recharge, and stay grounded.
