As our Client Care Coordinator, Pauline is often the first friendly voice clients encounter at Aspire Counseling Group. With over ten years of experience in client services, she brings kindness, clarity, and efficiency to every step of the client experience.
Pauline helps new and existing clients with scheduling, insurance verification, care coordination, and finding the right therapist based on their needs, preferences, language, schedule, and insurance or payment options. Her goal is to make getting started with therapy feel clear, comfortable, and straightforward.
Known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and deeply compassionate, Pauline goes above and beyond to support both clients and therapists. She helps clients feel informed and cared for from their first interaction while keeping communication and coordination running smoothly behind the scenes.
Pauline also plays an essential role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice so our therapists can focus on providing high-quality therapy in Arcadia and throughout California via telehealth.
Outside of work, Pauline enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, traveling, and playing with her three dogs.
