As our Community Care Coordinator, Jennifer brings a strong background in healthcare operations, outreach, and resource navigation. She has experience helping individuals, families, and providers identify options and connect with appropriate support.
At Aspire, Jennifer helps coordinate care among therapists, community partners, and different levels of care to better support clients’ needs. Her role focuses on building trusted connections and helping ensure that clients and families are guided toward the right fit, whether that means therapy at Aspire, community resources, or another level of care. Colleagues and community partners describe Jennifer as reliable, collaborative, resourceful, organized, approachable, and solution-oriented.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys supporting her children at sporting events and activities, listening to live music, relaxing by the ocean, exploring local culture, and staying active.
