Amanda provides thoughtful therapy in English and ASL for children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, relationship challenges, and family stress. She offers a warm, grounded, and empathetic space where clients can feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful growth and healing. Amanda helps clients strengthen the mind-body connection, build resilience, and develop practical tools for navigating emotional and relational challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Amanda integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, humanistic approaches, mindfulness, yoga, and creative therapies to support clients in deepening self-understanding and creating lasting change. Her approach is compassionate, patient, and holistic, making space for each client’s unique needs while supporting emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healing. Amanda is especially well-suited to help clients who benefit from a creative, embodied, and relational approach to therapy. Clients often experience her as caring, grounded, and welcoming.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys hiking, creating art, crocheting, and caring for her plants, which help her recharge and feel centered.
