You do not need to know exactly what diagnosis, treatment approach, or type of therapy you need before reaching out.
At Aspire Counseling Group, we help children, teens, adults, couples, and families work through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, relationship, and life concerns.
Our therapists bring different specialties, approaches, personalities, and languages, making it easier to find someone who feels like the right fit for you.
We provide in-person therapy in Arcadia, CA and secure online therapy throughout California.
Appointments are available as early as this week.
Therapy available in English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Armenian, and ASL.
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety can show up as constant worry, racing thoughts, overthinking, physical tension, difficulty sleeping, irritability, avoidance, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities.

ADHD Therapy
ADHD can affect much more than attention.
Children, teens, and adults may struggle with organization, time management, procrastination, impulsivity, emotional regulation, frustration tolerance, task completion, or feeling constantly overwhelmed.
Therapy can help build practical strategies while also addressing stress, confidence, relationships, and emotional challenges connected with ADHD.

Autism and Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy
Neurodivergent clients may experience stress related to sensory needs, communication, relationships, emotional regulation, masking, executive functioning, social expectations, or feeling misunderstood.
Our therapists work from a strengths-based, affirming perspective that respects individual differences rather than treating neurodiversity as something that needs to be changed.

Life Transitions
Major life changes can bring stress even when the change is positive or expected.

Therapy can help you adjust, understand what the transition means for you, and move forward with greater clarity.

Not Sure What Type of Support You Need?
That is completely okay.
You do not need to choose a diagnosis, specialty, or therapy approach before contacting us.
Our care coordinator and clinical director work together to understand what you are experiencing and help match you with a therapist based on your concerns, goals, personality, preferred style and approach, language, schedule, and insurance or payment needs.
If you begin therapy and feel the match is not right, we can reassess what you are looking for and help you transition to another therapist within Aspire without repeating the entire intake process.
