I enjoy helping people explore their identity, manage anxiety and depression, and heal from trauma and shame. I understand how crucial it is for my clients to feel accepted, embrace their true selves, and recover from past experiences. In our work together, I focus on helping clients break free from limiting beliefs, build self-worth, and develop resilience.
With a background in art, I integrate creativity into my sessions alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I work with clients at the intersections of neurodiversity, sexuality, and queerness, creating a safe and supportive space for self-exploration. Using art-based interventions and body-centered approaches, I help clients reconnect with themselves, trust their inner guidance, and overcome the shame or blocks that keep them from their authentic selves.
